As a Inside Sales Agent, you will work from our Appleton office, speak to prospective customers, and work through potential objections and obstacles to achieve sales goals.Our vision is to be the premier leading inside sales team that represents our brand with excellence, while driving the continued success of our organization and unlocking the potential within each other. Our success is built upon a foundation of team collaboration, continuous development, and a fundamental focus on future customer delight.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Communicate with customers, make outbound calls to potential customers, and follow up on leads
- Promote products and services to current and prospective customers
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Schedule in-home consultations for customers
- Participate in weekly training huddles
